Annual reports

Generate XBRL/iXBRL annual reports, including Swedish K2/K3 Bolagsverket compliance.

Where: /annual-reports (list) and /annual-reports/generate (create) — XBRL/iXBRL annual reports, including Swedish Bolagsverket compliance.

The list page shows each report's name, last-modified date, period, and status (Draft, In Progress, Completed, Submitted). Edit (pen), delete (bin), or + Generate Annual Report.

Generate

1. Confirm Report Name, Fiscal Year, Start/End Date, and Reporting Framework — K2 (BFNAR 2016:10) or K3 (BFNAR 2012:1, which adds cash flow, deferred tax, and expanded notes).
2. For a first-year engagement (cold start), enter opening tax positions (unutilised capital allowances b/f and opening TWDV by class).
3. Click Start Report Wizard. A progress screen builds the structure and loads financial data (30–60s).
4. Complete the wizard steps — company info & officers, income statement, balance sheet, cash flow (K3), tax schedules — then Finalize Report.

For Swedish orgs, fields prefill from SIE uploads and compliance checks run for regulatory submission.
