It takes 20–25 minutes. Answers save automatically, so you can stop and come back — the page reopens where you left off, and a progress bar shows "X of Y sections complete."

The journey (seven sections)

1. Business — your role, business type, products and services, revenue and operating models, primary goals, current tools, and where finance hurts most. Later sections use these answers to frame their prompts.
2. Home — the dashboard: does the summary fit, can you customise it, are the metrics relevant.
3. Statements — navigation, decision support, and confidence in the data.
4. Insights — the KPI and review surfaces.
5. AI chat — with prompts prefilled from your business profile.
6. Work management — the workflow and task surfaces.
7. Final — closing thoughts.

How each section works: read the short task, click through to the real feature (the link opens the actual page, sometimes with an AI prompt prefilled), come back, and answer the questions — single choice, multiple choice, or free text. Some sections add an admin check with its own safety note.

The header shows which environment you're evaluating (Local, Staging, or Production), so feedback can be read in context.
