Create your account

Sign up, log in, verify your email, reset a password, and accept an organization invitation.

Sign Up

Where: /signup

1. Enter your Full Name.
2. Enter your Email Address (e.g. name@company.com).
3. Create a Password (8+ characters — requirements are shown as you type).
4. Tick "I confirm I'm 18 or older."
5. (Optional) Tick "I'd like to receive marketing emails."
6. Click Create Account.
7. You'll land on the Check your email page — open the verification email and click the link (it expires in 24 hours).
8. After verifying, click Continue to start organization setup.

Quicker option

Click Sign up with Google at the top to register with your Google account (no email verification needed).

Log In

Where: /login

1. Enter your Email and Password.
2. Click Sign in (or Sign in with Google).
3. If you see "Please verify your email address before logging in", open the verification email, click the link, then sign in again.

Verify Your Email

Where: the link in your verification email, which returns you to FigureFlow through /auth/callback/.

You land on a confirmation while the link is checked, then continue into the app. If verification fails, go Back to Login and request a new link from the Check your email page (/check-email) using Resend verification email.

Forgot / Reset Password

Where: /forgot-password → /reset-password

1. On Forgot Password, enter your Email and click Send reset link.
2. Open the reset email (check spam if needed; link expires in 24 hours) and click the link.
3. On the Reset Password page, enter your New Password and Confirm Password (they must match).
4. Click Reset password, then Go to login.

If the link is expired or invalid you'll see "This password reset link is invalid or has expired" — request a fresh one.

Accept an Organization Invitation

Where: invitation link from your email (/invite/:token)

1. Click the invitation link in your email.
2. Log in (or sign up) — use the same email the invitation was sent to.
3. Review the organization details and click Accept Invitation.
4. You're added to the organization and taken to its dashboard.
